Card/payment is being declined? CHECK THE POST CODE (zip code)
If your card is being declined and your payment is not going through, this is probably because the post code/zip code in your address does not match the card's registered post code/zip code. Make sure the postcode/zip code is entered exactly as the registered address of the card. This is for fraud prevention.
Information about ordering
All orders are processed with Shopify Payments and are 100% secure. Using our checkout system is easy and secure with SSL encryption, look for the padlock in your address bar. We accept payments with a bank debit or credit card. If you don't have a debit or credit card, then we can take payment via Paypal manually. Just send us a message and we will sort it out.
Order are processed manually and download links emailed
All orders are manually processed and sent to your email via Dropbox transfer. Orders are processed between 8:00 – 23:00 GMT. Please allow some time for your download links to arrive. If they don't come through with in 12 hours just message us. Any questions, please use the contact page.
To order a product, check the format from the drop-down menu (if applicable) and click the ‘add to cart’ button. Products will be added to your cart (displayed at the top of the website). When you are ready to check out, press the ‘Checkout’ button. (make sure you have an account and are logged in). This will take you to our secure checkout page where you can check which products you are buying and the total price including discounts.
You can add any discount code you have and enter your details. Make sure you enter your full name and billing address, when you check out you agree to our terms and conditions. When you have checked the details and are ready to order, click on the “Continue to payment method” button to complete your order.
After you have made your payment, an email with your purchase information will be automatically sent confirming your order. You will then get a second email with your download links via Dropbox transfer — this is a manual process, please allow time for the links to be sent. Please retain your receipt for future reference. There may be a delay receiving emails with some email address, also check your ‘spam’ folders. Some email providers block our links email so you will have to contact us if the links email doesn't arrive within hours.

What is New Loops and Biome Digital?
New Loops ® is our registered brand name and NewLoops.com is our website. New Loops Limited is our company name (previously Biome Digital Ltd).
What are the payment options?
You can pay with debit or credit card. We use shopify payments for payment processing. PayPal can be used as a last resort. Please contact us.
What is the order process?
Ordering is easy, quick, and secure! Add products to your cart and checkout when ready. Create an account and login to make a purchase. All discounts are applied on the checkout page. See “ordering details above”.
How to change account password?
Use the “forgot your password?” link on the Sign-in page to reset your account password.
How are your samples & presets delivered/How to unzip them?
Our samples & presets and delivered manually via download links using Dropbox Transfer once payment has been made. Download links are emailed to the email address used at checkout and are sent in a separate email from the confirmation. Clicking the link will download a ZIP file (.zip) that you will need to save to your computer. Once the download has finished, you will be able to unzip (unpack/extract) the files. It will be named something like "Transfer.zip".
Please note: For security, download links are time limited and will expire, but don't worry if you have trouble downloading, just send us an email, and we will help you.
There are many software products (WinRAR/WinZip) online that an extract the files, we have used (WinRAR) but there are free ones too. When unzipping your pack, please make sure you keep the file structure intact. This is important for the Kontakt Instruments (if included). See ‘Sample Pack Questions’ for information about installing different formats.
Can I use your samples to make and sell my own sample packs?
Our sample packs & preset packs come with a single-user licence and may not be used in whole or in part to make any competitive product, whether for resale or free distribution. There are limitations to how you can use samples and sounds, which are explained in our licence agreement. If you are interested in licensing any of our sounds, please get in touch.
Can I use samples from New Loops / Biome Digital in commercial releases?
Yes! Audio samples & loops from our sample packs are 100% royalty free and can be used in your original compositions after you have purchased them from us or an authorised seller. This includes samples & loops from our Free Packs, but not our Demo Packs. See our Licence Agreement for more information.

Are all your samples and loops original?
Absolutely! All our sample packs are made by us using a variety of analogue & digital hardware and software. We spend a lot of time recording and processing them using high quality, professional audio tools. We think making original sounds (instead of re-distributing freely available samples) is very important, in fact, we pride ourselves on it. We make Sample Packs and Synth Presets for a number of different software including, Ableton Live, Reason, Akai MCP's, Native Instruments Kontakt, Battery, and Massive, Omnisphere, U-he synths and more. Most Audio Sample Packs come in WAV, format and some with AIFF and REX2 loops.
How to install Akai MPC Expansions
To install New Loops MPC expansions, download and extract the zip file. In the folder you will see the .xpn file along with the user guide and licence. Drag the expansion (.xpn file) onto the MPC software and click Import. The expansion pack will then show in the expansion browser. See the Akai MPC user manual for more details.
How to install Native Instruments MASSIVE presets
Download the Product Zip file and unpack. Navigate to the Product Folder and locate the folder called Massive Patches — copy the folder to your preferred location on your hard drive.
Using NKS Compatible Presets
NKS versions of New Loops presets can be used in Native Instruments KOMPLETE KONTROL and MASCHINE software. First you need to go to EDIT, then PREFERENCES, from the menu and add the NKS presets folder and click RESCAN! New Loops NKS compatible presets should then show in the preset browser. You can use the search bar to search for “NEW LOOPS” to bring up all our presets.
How to install Ableton Live Packs
Unzip (extract) the WinRAR zip archive to a suitable location on your hard drive or the folder where you store your sound packs. Inside the extracted folder, you will see the Ableton Live Pack. Open Ableton Live, then "drag and drop" the Live pack on to the left sidebar in Live under "Places" (do not use Add folder"). You can also select "Install Live Pack" from the Menu" You will be asked to select a destination - choose where to save the Live Pack. Once the Live Pack is installed, you can add the folder to the left sidebar in Live.
Where can I get your sound packs for the Elektron Analog Rytm?
Some of our Sound Packs for Elektron Analog Rytm are available Directly from us, and some are available exclusively through the Elektron website.
